Industrial & large-format

Open concrete by the hectare, mixed traffic, and dust that never stops. Large-format machines earn their keep on square metres per hour.

01 The challenge

The floor is measured in hectares

In a distribution centre, floor care competes with forklifts for the same aisle and with production for the same hours. Manual scrubbing at this scale means several operators, several machines and a quality result that nobody can evidence at the end of a shift.

  • Very large open spans where throughput per hour decides the business case
  • Shared aisles with forklifts, pallet trucks and reversing vehicles
  • Dust and debris loads that a commercial-grade machine cannot sustain
  • Multi-shift operation where cleaning windows are short and immovable

02 The fleet

What we deploy here

Ride-on-class autonomous scrubbers for open floor, and legged inspection platforms where the job is reading gauges and finding leaks rather than cleaning.

In service

Floor care

Scrubbing, sweeping, vacuuming and drying

The proven category. Autonomous scrubber-dryers that cover a defined route on a schedule and produce evidence of each pass. This is where the economics are unambiguous and where every one of our contracts starts.

In service

Legged inspection

Patrol, inspection and hazardous ground

Four-legged platforms that walk terrain wheels cannot: stairs, gravel, cable trenches, plant rooms. The job is carrying sensors — thermal, visual, gas — through a route a person would rather not walk at 3am.

03 Specification

Industrial & large-format

Typical area per unit8,000–25,000 m²
ModeAutonomous route, with manual override
Coverage equivalent2–3 compact units on open floor
Best fitWide open spans; pair with compact units for racking aisles
Inspection add-onIP67 legged platform, thermal and visual capture

04 Outcomes

What changes

Hectares/shift

become predictable, because throughput is a machine specification rather than a staffing gamble.

One platform

covers scheduled routes and ad-hoc spills — the operator rides the same unit manually when needed.

Inspection rounds

run on the same contract: gauges, thermal anomalies and leaks captured without sending a person.
