How it works
One fee. The floor is handled.
You are not buying a robot, hiring a crew or running a robotics programme. You are contracting an outcome with a service level attached to it.
01 The service
From first survey to a fleet that runs itself
01
Assess
We walk the site, measure areas, map obstacles, note traffic patterns and cleaning windows, and build a cost model against your current spend. No charge, no obligation, and the model is yours whether or not you proceed.
02
Deploy
We specify the platform against your floor plan rather than our stock list, install the dock and power, teach and tune the routes, and train your team on the ninety seconds of daily handover the machine needs.
03
Operate
The fleet runs to its schedule. We monitor telemetry remotely, attend on site for service, carry the spare parts, and push software updates as the manufacturers ship them.
04
Report
Every pass records area covered, route taken, duration and exceptions. You get a monthly view built from machine data, not from a supervisor's recollection.
One monthly fee, everything included. No purchase, no residual value risk, no operating exposure.
02 The economics
Cheaper than an equivalent crew, and far more predictable
Conventional crew
Market rate/month
Extended coverage, with variable quality, turnover, absence cover and employment liability.
Operated robot fleet
20–40% lowertotal cost
Fixed monthly cost, consistent output, no employment liability and evidence of every pass.
A 20% to 40% reduction in total cost of floor care, with output you can actually measure.
Indicative. Real savings depend on area, hours, floor type and what you spend today — which is exactly what the free assessment establishes.
03 Included
What the monthly fee covers
- Robot specified and sized for your building
- Fleet management platform and reporting
- Deployment, route mapping and commissioning
- Preventive maintenance, parts and consumable wear items
- Software and autonomy updates for the contract term
- Staff training and refresher sessions
- Replacement unit under SLA if a machine is down
Service level
04 Service vs ownership
Why rent the outcome instead of buying the machine
Buying a robot immobilises capital in an asset that ages faster than the finance term. The service delivers the result without the exposure.
No capital outlay
No five- or six-figure purchase per unit. Your capital stays in the business that actually earns.
No obsolescence risk
Autonomy software moves in months, not years. On a service contract you receive the upgrades; as an owner you hold a depreciating spec.
No robotics team
Maintenance, parts, firmware and support are ours. You do not build a robotics function inside a supermarket or a warehouse.
Fixed, predictable cost
A contracted monthly figure. No surprise repair invoices and no unplanned downtime cost.
Breakdowns are our problem
If a unit fails we replace it under SLA. You never own an idle machine worth more than a company car.
No importing or customs
No sourcing from overseas, no customs clearance, no equipment finance. The robot arrives working.
You run a supermarket, a hospital or a distribution centre. Leave the robotics to the company that only does robotics.
What could your operation save?
The assessment produces a specific number for your specific floor. Free, and yours regardless of what you decide.
