Shopping centres

A shopping centre is judged on how it looks at eleven on a Saturday, not at four on a Tuesday morning. The floor has to be maintained in front of the customer, not only before they arrive.

Coverage arithmetic

A 15,000 m² centre, cleaned while it trades

15,000 m² of open concourse at up to 1,980 m²/h is roughly eight machine-hours, which one ride-on unit covers overnight. What actually changes the centre is the daytime pass: spills and tracked-in rain handled during trading, by a machine already on the concourse, without cordoning off a mall to do it.

What changes

Saturday standard

on a Tuesday, because the route is configuration rather than a judgement call at three in the morning.

Spills close faster

when the machine that handles them is already on the concourse instead of being fetched from a store cupboard.

Porters move up

to customer-facing work and the detail cleaning a machine genuinely cannot do.

These are worked models, not named customer references. Areas and operating patterns come from sites we have surveyed; throughput, width and runtime figures are the published performance of the platforms we deploy. Your numbers are established during the free assessment.
