Use cases

Six buildings. Six fleets. One contract.

The right machine for a three-floor office has almost nothing in common with the right machine for a distribution centre. These are the six deployments we are asked for most, worked end to end and ordered smallest floor to largest.

These are worked models, not named customer references. Areas and operating patterns come from sites we have surveyed; throughput, width and runtime figures are the published performance of the platforms we deploy. Your numbers are established during the free assessment.

01 Compact class · one unit A 2,400 m² office, cleaned around the furniture Desk banks, meeting rooms and the awkward gaps between them. An office floor is not a large area problem — it is a narrow-access problem, and the machine has to be slim enough to matter. Explore this deployment 02 Compact class · one unit A residential block with no facilities team Seven levels of common area, a service charge to defend at the AGM, and nobody whose actual job is cleaning. What the committee needs is one predictable number and a report they can minute. Explore this deployment 03 Compact class · two units A 4,200 m² sales floor, cleaned while trading Cleaned in public, in front of the customer, on a floor that never closes long enough for a proper deep clean. The constraint is not capacity — it is doing the work without cordoning off an aisle. Explore this deployment 04 Compact fleet · three units 6,800 m² of hospital corridor, twice a day Corridors that cannot wait for a night shift that did not turn up, and an infection-control team that needs evidence rather than assurances. Consistency here is a clinical requirement, not a finish standard. Explore this deployment 05 Large format · one unit 12,000 m² of concourse, on one large machine A concourse or a hypermarket floor is open, hard and permanently busy. This is where large-format throughput stops being a specification detail and becomes the whole business case. Explore this deployment 06 Ride-on class · one unit 18,000 m² of concrete, between two shifts Hectares of open floor shared with forklifts, cleaned in a ninety-minute gap. At this scale the decision is made purely on square metres per hour — and on whether one platform can also handle the spill nobody planned for. Explore this deployment

Which of these is your building?

Or something we have not modelled yet. Either way, the assessment is free and the numbers are yours to keep.
