Figures on this site are models, not quotations
The coverage arithmetic, machine counts and cost comparisons published here are worked examples built from published platform performance and typical floor sizes. They are not an offer and not a quotation. Your numbers come from the free assessment, and only a signed contract commits either of us.
What the service contract covers
A LAB contract covers the machine, its deployment, software, servicing, parts, replacement and the agreed service level, for one monthly fee. Equipment remains our property throughout. Site conditions we depend on — power, network, a dock location, safe access — are set out in the contract.
Availability
We aim to keep this website available but do not guarantee it. We may change or withdraw any part of it. Service-level commitments apply to the contracted service, not to this website.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the general information published on this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of {{JURISDICTION}}, and the courts of {{JURISDICTION}} have exclusive jurisdiction. Where you contract with a LAB entity in another country, that contract names its own governing law.
